Our team will pick your orders as soon as we can and get it ready for delivery. As we are a store with a lot of one off items there may be an event where the item you have purchased is no longer available, we will process you a full refund on this item and advise you when and if it becomes available again.

 

DISPATCH DELIVERY

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours, Monday - Friday. Please note that we do not send orders out for delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays – these will be processed for delivery the following working day.

All Novel Findings orders are shipped via Track & Trace courier. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been sent so you can follow the progress of delivery online.

Please allow an estimated 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. Rural deliveries may take 2 – 3 additional days to arrive.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout dependent on size and weight of items purchased.

Delivery to Australia and International shipping will be calculated at the checkout.
