RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Novel Findings. We are aware that sometimes problems may a rise from your purchase an d we want your shopping experience to be an enjoyable one. Due to the nature of our second-hand books, we cannot offer a refund however with new items please see our policies and conditions below.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
• Items must be returned in the original and saleable condition with all packaging included
• Any clothing purchase s must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached
• Items must not be damaged in anyway

Faulty Items :

For items that are deemed faulty, we are happy to provide you with an exchange item, a replacement item, or a refund, and will credit you the cost of the initial shipping. Faulty items do not include general wear and tear. If you've have changed your mind on a product, we cannot refund the original postage or shipping cost.

Please include the reason why you are returning or exchanging and the item you are returning. We will reply acknowledging the return and answer any questions. Remember we are a small team at Novel Findings so p lease allow us 48hrs to reply to your email.
